Shipping Policy

Delivery coverage across the United Arab Emirates and wider GCC.

Please review the details below to understand how Tawasul AV schedules deliveries, handles logistics partners, and communicates customs requirements for your order.

Delivery regions & timelines

  • United Arab Emirates: Standard delivery within 2 to 4 business days for in-stock items. Express next-day delivery available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for an additional fee.
  • GCC (KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait): Delivery within 5 to 10 business days subject to customs clearance.
  • Heavy or project freight: Racks, displays, and staging equipment ship via dedicated freight partners with lead times agreed during project kickoff.

Order processing & tracking

  • Orders placed before 3pm GST are processed the same business day.
  • Tracking details are emailed once the shipment leaves our Dubai logistics hub; updates are also available on request via sales@tawasulav.com.
  • Large integration projects include on-site delivery scheduling and technician presence during receipt and installation.

Customs, duties & documentation

  • UAE shipments include VAT on invoices where applicable. GCC customers are responsible for local duties and taxes.
  • Commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and serial number lists are provided upon dispatch.
  • If additional attestation or chamber of commerce documentation is required, please inform us before order confirmation.

Failed delivery & storage

  • If the courier cannot reach your location, we will contact you to reschedule. Storage fees may apply after 7 calendar days.
  • Orders with on-site installation are stored free of charge until the agreed project start date.
  • Please inspect deliveries upon receipt; note any damage on the courier's proof of delivery and inform us within 24 hours.
